Local Top Sportsman competitor Victor Hernandez makes a final qualifying attempt before the latest round of persistent storms soaks the racing surface at the PDRA World Finals. Hernandez was one of nearly one hundred fast-bracket doorslammer racers who attempted to qualify in Ronnie Davis Top Sportsman, which was split into Quick 16 and Elite 32 in memory of the class pioneer.
