LETTING GO

Smoke pours out of the bullhorn-style headers on the Jeff Naiser-driven Team O Motorsports 1968 Camaro during the first round of qualifying at the penultimate 2016 Texas Automatic Outlaws race. Naiser was filling in for the car’ s usual driver, Tim Ortiz, who was driving the team’ s second car as a weekend replacement for team owner and driver Richard Otwell. As a prominent Houston-based nitrous engine builder, Naiser was well-equipped to repair the bullet after it expired.
