return. The Eliminator series cars by Chassis
Engineering were among the first ever produc-
tion based race cars to be developed. Chassis
Engineering is announcing that they are back
to building complete cars under the badge of
Eliminator XTR. These custom full moly cars
offer the latest in chassis design and will be tar-
geting multiple classes including Pro Mod, Top
Sportsman and all of the Super Classes.

Xtreme Pro Mod racer Steve Summers, the
Coan Super Mega XL Lock-up converter is for
serious racers who want the ultimate winning
combination of performance and reliability. Built
to handle high horsepower combinations, the
Super Mega XL Lock-up converter features a
high-strength billet aluminum bolt together de-
sign with a multiple disk lock-up. A bolt-in billet
pressure plate eliminates lock-up thrust and the
fast lock-up response allows for pulsed clutch
control. The Super Mega XL Lock-up converter
is available with billet aluminum and fabricated
steel stators and it is compatible with TH400,
Bruno Drive, and Quick Drive applications.

from Coan Engineering is the way to go. The

Lock-Up XST is equipped with a 1-1/4” 29-spline
input shaft, a 1-1/8” main shaft, a billet pump as-
sembly, a high torque 6.7” aluminum direct drum
and a ball bearing support drum. Additional
features include a “Super Sprag” intermediate
sprag, billet center support with oversized in-
termediate piston, maximum duty straight-cut
planetaries, billet low roller and output shaft and
roller bearing tail housing. Fully customizable
for a wide variety of applications, the Ultimate
Turbo III is available with multiple gear ratios, a
fabricated “Pro Stock” pan, and an SFI-accepted
