2017 PHOTO ANNUAL SMOK E ‘EM IF YOU GOT ‘EM For the 2017 Photo Annual, our ninth annual collection of some of the best photos the sport has to offer, we challenged our all-star team of photographers to send in their finest captures of the almighty burnout. Limited only to any photo of the process, from a crew member guiding the driver into the puddle through to the last second before stepping off the throttle pedal and letting smoke pour off the slicks, photographers submitted thousands of images. A fraction of them appear on the following pages, representing a wide variety of drivers, classes, body styles and tracks from around the country.
