DEI’s Black Titanium wrap maximizes horse-
power and performance by reducing underhood
temperatures and maintaining high exhaust
gas velocity. Wrapped headers and exhaust also
reduces the incidence of heat soak, can prevent
harmful burns, protects heat sensitive under-
hood components, and reduces the level of heat
transmitted through the firewall and floor of
the vehicle for a more comfortable interior. De-
signed to be extremely pliable and resistant to
chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown; the
wrap secures tightly without pre-wetting. Made

from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber
material then woven into a proprietary weave,
it withstands direct heat up to 1800°F and in-
termittent heat up to 2500°F. Four lengths are

treme load roller lifters utilize full-time pres-
surized oiling to the lifter wheel, which creates
an oil wedge between the axle and wheel for
dramatically improved load bearing capabil-
ity. A special .470” diameter axle made from
advanced, high strength B624L matrix material
is employed with the pressurized oiling. This
design results in an .842” lifter which has the
load bearing capacity of a much larger 1.000”
roller lifter. Special DLC coating on the lifter
body reduces friction for smoother operation.
