VIP TOUR Charles Carpenter and his son, DI Design Director Mike Carpenter,
enjoyed a tour of the massive Penske Racing campus in Mooresville, North
Carolina, courtesy of Sports Car General Manager Jon Bouslog (left). Bouslog
has been with Penske for over 30 years and has multiple Indy 500 wins to his
credit as a strategist, crew chief and team manager. There they met John Turpin
(right), fabricator for Penske’s IndyCar, NASCAR and Sports Car teams for
over two decades. Turpin is passionate about drag racing, and his son, Luke,
competed in Pro 275 at Lights Out X.
