FINE LINE
Three-time NHRA Pro Stock world champion Jason Line hangs the front wheels on
his Summit Racing Equipment ‘20 Camaro on a 6.50-second pass during Friday night
qualifying at the World Doorslammer Nationals. Line, who plans to retire from Pro
Stock driving after this season, qualified No. 11 in the quickest NHRA-legal Pro Stock
field in history, just missing the 6.40s with a 6.500-second pass. He made it all the way
to the semifinals, where his KB Racing teammate, Greg Anderson, knocked him out.
