Tuned by the Killin ’ Time Racing braintrust that includes Stevie “ Fast ” Jackson , Billy Stocklin and Phil Shuler , Baker qualified No . 10 in a field made up of over 30 legal and outlaw Pro Mods . Baker , filling in for car owner and usual driver Jim Whiteley , reached the third round , where he cut a perfect . 000 reaction time before running into issues .
