■ Fan-favorite wheelstander driver Richard Hutchins rides high in the cab of his legendary “ Chevy Rebellion ” Volkswagen pickup truck on another exhibition pass down the Great Lakes Dragaway strip . Now in his 55th season of entertaining fans at tracks across the country , Hutchins was making passes at Great Lakes ’ beloved Memorial Day Weekend event . He ’ s been a regular at the event for decades , as he ’ s been booked in to run at the Wisconsin facility twice a year since the 1960s .
