In a final-round matchup that could take place only at a race called Nitro Chaos , Mike Minick in the “ Chi-Town Hustler ” faces off against Dave Brown in the Beedy & Malloy nitro-injected , front-engine A / Fuel dragster to determine the B-field winner of the inaugural Nitro Chaos . Minick ended up getting the win , adding to the iconic “ Chi-Town Hustler ” legacy that was started by his late grandfather , Pat Minick . Nitro Chaos , a new event created by Funny Car Chaos promoter Chris Graves and Eddyville track owner Gerald Kramer , included Funny Cars , dragsters , and altereds , with the only rule being that each entry must run at least 80 % nitromethane in the fuel tank .
