Christine Lutz blows a kiss to her husband , Street Outlaws : No Prep Kings star Jeff Lutz , before sending him down the track for a test pass in his turbocharged RC Comp GTO . The familybased Lutz team , which includes son and tuner Jeff Lutz Jr ., rolled into GALOT Motorsports Park for a few passes at PDRA East Coast Nationals pre-race testing before heading south to Palm Beach International Raceway for the No Prep Kings season opener . Though the scoreboards were off , Lutz reported making a career-best pass during the test session .
