Anita Cunningham waits for the signal to squirt some fuel into the injector hat on the screw-blown Stroud Safety “ Rent-A-Racer ” ‘ 67 Mustang driven by her husband , Tommy Cunningham , during the final qualifying session at the Drag Illustrated World Series of Pro Mod presented by Johnson ’ s Horsepowered Garage and J & A Service . In addition to serving as one of the main crew members on the Pro Mod , Anita works with Tommy in the family businesses , which includes Stroud Safety . Though Cunningham threw down a solid 3.671-second pass here , he came up just a few spots short of making the record-setting WSOPM field .
