RISING TO THE OCCASION Brad McBride pushes the limits of his turbocharged ‘ 63 Volkswagen Fastback , putting it on the back bumper more than a few times throughout the 2024 season . One of those times ended with McBride sliding on his roof at Bristol Dragway . McBride repaired the one-of-a-kind car and went on to win a VW Heritage Series championship before scoring his first PDRA Super Street win to cap off a career-best weekend at the World Finals .
