Racing against an invitation-only, 16- car field made up primarily of NHRA Pro Mod hitters, Bowman was a dark horse in his twinturbocharged’ 69 Chevelle. Bowman has since competed in five of six WSOPMs— two in Denver and all three at Bradenton Motorsports Park— often moving mountains( no pun intended) to make it to the events and be competitive. Most recently, he competed in all three DI Winter Series events and reached the semifinals at the WSOPM, coming up two win lights short of his goal: become the first two-time WSOPM champion.
