In a wild welcome to the unpredictable world of PDRA Pro Street, Tim Lyons gets sideways in his new‘ 66 Chevy II as he shakes it down during Thursday testing ahead of his Pro Street debut at the PDRA Thunder Valley Throwdown. Lyons and his Lyons Custom Motorsports shop originally built the car for Limited Drag Radial competition years ago, and when it came up for sale, Lyons purchased it and readied it for Outlaw 10.5-style racing. Equipped with a new-generation ProCharger Crank-Driven F-4X-140 supercharger, the Chevy II looks as good as it runs and went on to earn Best Appearing Car honors.
