WELCOME TO
THE SHOW
“Stevie Fast” Jackson roars out of the water during the opening round of qualifying for the NHRA Gatornationals
behind the wheel of the Bahrain 1 Racing supercharged Chevy Camaro in front of a capacity crowd assembled
in North Central Florida. The radial and grudge racing mega star, as well as former ADRL Pro Nitrous world
champion, made his J&A Services NHRA Pro Mod Drag Racing Series debut at the historic East Coast opener, and
most assuredly made his presence immediately known amongst doorslammer drag racing’s elite. Despite publicly
setting a goal of merely qualifying for the race, Jackson took the No. 1 spot in the 16-car field with a track record
5.781-second pass. In the opening round of eliminations, however, Jackson and his crew were sent home early when
a driveline malfunction after the burnout forced the veteran wheelman to launch the car off idle against Eric Latino.
