Three-time NHRA Top Fuel world champion Antron Brown looks to the starting line as his Matco Tools team pulls him to the ready line at the NHRA Auto Club Finals . It was Brown ’ s last race as a driver for Don Schumacher Racing , where Brown raced in Pro Stock Motorcycle from 2002 through 2007 , then in Top Fuel from the last two races of the 2009 season through the last race of 2021 . With Schumacher ’ s blessing , Brown is starting his own team , AB Motorsports , that will continue to field Brown ’ s Matco / Toyota / Lucas Oil dragster , with plans to one day add a second car , possibly even a Funny Car .
