Trick Flow engineers changed the valve angles to 13.5 ° to decrease valve shrouding , increase airflow , and improve rocker arm clearance . The spark plugs were relocated and material was added to increase high-RPM valvetrain stability and casting rigidity . A 6-bolt mounting pattern is available ( standard on GenX 245 ) for high compression , high boost applications , and titanium retainers come standard . Last , the heads are given Trick Flow ’ s top-of-the-line CNC Competition Ported runner treatment to deliver the large amounts of airfl ow your engine needs to make the massive power it takes to win races .
