Ty Tutterow, son of legendary Pro Modified driver and tuner Todd“ King Tut” Tutterow, is all smiles as he hops out of the roots-blown GALOT Motorsports’ 68 Camaro at the top end at GALOT Motorsports Park. GALOT owner Earl Wells gave the aspiring young wheelman the opportunity to get his Pro Mod start in the track’ s Mad Mule series and PDRA Pro Boost, where the elder Tutterow won the 2014 world championship. Later in the 2016 season, Ty was named to the second annual DI 30 Under 30 List, and the next season, he earned his first career Pro Boost win. Nine years later, Ty grabbed his second Pro Boost win driving Justin Smith’ s screw-blown Quik Fuel’ 69 Camaro. He went on to win two more events on his way to the 2025 PDRA Pro Boost world championship, adding to his father’ s two titles in the class, as well as his own NMCA Xtreme Pro Mod championship.
